If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may contact you to verify details. If requested information is not provided within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to supply the requested product or if there is an issue with the order.

In the event of cancellation by us, you will be notified and provided with a refund where applicable. Diamond Couture is not liable for any additional loss, expense, or inconvenience arising from such cancellation.
