WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?
If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at diamondcouturee@hotmail.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update your shipping details. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.

Please allow a few business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Exchanges may be accepted at our discretion. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDER ITEMS TAKE?
Pre-order items are available for purchase while they are being restocked due to high demand.
Pre-orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, with most arriving sooner. Our goal is always to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified via email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel.
If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
Diamond Couture is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to lodge a claim. Ensure you keep all packaging and damaged goods, as these may be required for the claim process.
WHY IS MY ORDER DELAYED?
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, especially during peak periods.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery timeframes are controlled by the courier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Diamond Couture is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may be applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or abandoned, and we are not liable in such cases.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY LIABILITY
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or a selected courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Diamond Couture is not liable for delays, lost or stolen parcels, or delivery issues once the parcel has been marked as shipped.
If your tracking shows “Delivered”, this is considered successful delivery by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbours, your local post office, or contacting Australia Post directly to lodge an investigation if required.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Refusal to pay customs fees
The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
DISPUTES, FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS
By placing an order with Diamond Couture, you agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and that you authorise the transaction.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to provide tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP address records and order verification details to the relevant payment provider.
Fraudulent disputes will be formally contested. Diamond Couture also reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected to be high-risk or fraudulent.
