REFUND POLICY
Please allow orders to be in pre-shipment (processing) for 2-4 business days due to order volumes. This excludes pre-orders, which have processing times as mentioned in the product description. We are working to ship your order out as soon as possible.
Returns are accepted if you have received an incorrect item or size. To start a return, please email diamondcouturee@hotmail.com. Please include your first name and order number, along with a reason for the return. Returns are accepted for store credit. Ensure you email within 14 days of receiving your order. Items reported after 14 days will not be reviewed. Returns on pre-order or handmade-to-order items are not accepted as they are custom-made. Returns on sale items (including BFCM) are not accepted as they are final. All Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are final.
For returns to be accepted, the items must be in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received.
