RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER POLICY

Processing Times

Please allow 1–2 business days for ready-to-ship items to be processed before dispatch.

Made-to-order items have processing timeframes listed in the product description. These timeframes must be acknowledged prior to purchase.

Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind.

Returns are accepted for store credit only if you have received an incorrect item or incorrect size. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be reviewed.

Made-to-order items and all sale items (including Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotions) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

To initiate a return, please email diamondcouturee@hotmail.com with your first name, order number and reason for return. Please allow 2–3 business days for a response.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing diamondcouturee@hotmail.com.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Items must be unworn and unused. Claims submitted outside of 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
